In accordance with the provisions of the Istruzioni al Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Instructions to the Rules for the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.), (Title IA.2, Article IA.2.1.3), Cattolica Assicurazioni announces that the month planned for the payment of the dividend, if any, based on the results for the current financial year or of any dividends based on the future financial years, is May, in line with practice in previous years.

The company specifies that this press release is issued solely to comply to the prescriptions of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and it has no value as a forecast with regard to the possible decision of submitting to the General Shareholders’ meeting a proposal concerning the distribution of dividends relating to the results for the financial year 2010 and the future financial years.
