The Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni, which met today under the chairmanship of Paolo Bedoni, after evaluating its interest in light of both the supervisory authorizations obtained by the bidder, and the press release of the issuer, as well as the market trend, resolved Cattolica's unanimous acceptance of the public exchange offer launched by Banca Intesa San Paolo on UBI Banca Spa shares, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 123 of the Consolidated Law on Finance.
