Notice is hereby given that, having obtained the necessary authorisations, with the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni, today, the merger by incorporation of San Miniato Previdenza S.p.a. into Cattolica Assicurazioni has been definitively approved. The merger by incorporation, which will be achieved once the legal deadlines have elapsed, represents an additional stage in the Group optimisation process with the aim of streamlining the structure, making it more efficient and competitive.
