Verona, 25 February 2020. The Board of Directors, which met today in Verona under the chairmanship of Paolo Bedoni, after the assessment of the situation that has arisen as a consequence of the known epidemiological emergency from Covid-19 and of the measures already taken, or which may soon be taken by the Public Authorities, and in consideration of the well-founded risk that the General Meeting convened for 6-7 March 2020 in Verona may not be held due to the safety needs of the community, resolved, due to the objective circumstance that has occurred, the revocation of the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 6/7 March 2020.

The Board of Directors has postponed the meeting to 24/25 April 2020, in conjunction with the scheduled ordinary Annual General Meeting, and will provide for all the appropriate and necessary communication formalities to its Members, the market and the Authorities.
