Verona, 11 July 2012 - Carlo Ferraresi is the new Director of Finance and Investor Relations Manager of the Cattolica Group. He was appointed today by the Board of
Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni.
Mr Ferraresi comes from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, where he held the role of Managing Director and gained significant technical and managerial experience. At Crédit Agricole, he set and followed some of the main financial transactions in the insurance industry in Italy and Europe.
He has held significant roles in both financial, insurance and reinsurance sectors in Italy and in the United Kingdom, at Assicurazioni Generali first, then at Marsh S.p.A. He has also gained significant technical and managerial experience within the Andersen Group and at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services. He achieved and MBA at SDA Bocconi in Milan.
