Verona, 26 February 2020. It should be noted that today Cattolica Assicurazioni received acceptance by the CAR Committee, UBI Relevant Shareholders’ Committee, in relation to the adhesion to the Shareholders’ Agreement concerning UBI Banca S.p.A. shares. It is also noted that Cattolica has increased, through purchases on the stock market made over the past two weeks following the decision taken by the Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni on February 13, its stake held in UBI S.p.A. from the previous 0.50% (a long-standing position) up to 1.01%, thus exceeding the 1% threshold envisaged by the Agreement for the appointment of a member in the aforementioned relevant Shareholders’ Committee (CAR).
