Intermonte Holding and Cattolica Assicurazioni, following the agreement signed on 8th September 2010 and after having obtained the necessary authorisations, have given execution today to the cooperation and development framework agreement, by which Cattolica acquires 11.75% of Intermonte Sim share capital, through a dedicated capital increase.
