Employment levels confirmed in advance of the agreement with Generali

Verona, 28 July 2020. Confirmation of employment levels and the organisational division into three hubs (Verona, Milan and Rome) and a guarantee on current workplaces. These are the contents of the agreement signed between Cattolica Assicurazioni and the corporate trade unions.

As well as protecting jobs and workplace locations, the agreement includes initiatives to enhance existing roles with further development through training.

The agreement was signed between the parties in a very positive labour relations atmosphere, in anticipation of the partnership between Cattolica and the Generali Group. It is designed to provide individuals and families with the peace of mind they need in view of the changes that the Group will undergo in the next few years.
