Cattolica.it is the “Best Climber” website in Italy and Europe: the record comes from Webranking 2018 carried out by Lundquist in collaboration with Comprend.
Up 95 positions compared to the previous year, the Cattolica Assicurazioni site jumped from 109th to 14th, with an increase of 53.3 points. A leap that, as shown by the Lundquist analysis, “has not been seen for nearly a decade”.
Cattolica.it holds the 14th spot out of 111 listed companies, with points equal to 69.1 out of 100 - also making it an outperformer compared to other insurance sector companies included in Webranking Europe, which have an average of 50.9 points.
The research, now in its 17th edition in Italy, subjected the sites of over 800 of the biggest listed companies in the world to a “stress test”, with the aim of assessing the transparency and completeness of the digital content made available to stakeholders.

Emanuela Vecchiet, Director of Communications and Institutional Relations for the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group, said: “We are extremely proud of this important recognition as it shows Cattolica’s commitment and desire to develop a transparent dialogue through a credible and respected voice such as the Company’s site. Over the past year, we have chosen a new way of communicating in line with the growing expectations of our stakeholders. This change is reflected by the site, including its thorough restyling to make it more flexible, user-friendly, focussed on the customer’s needs, clear and immediate. This communicative change guides the industrial and cultural transformation that began with the 2018-2020 Plan.”
