Cattolica ON AIR TOUR AGENTI 2018 reaches its last stop in Rome

Last stop: Rome, for the Cattolica ON AIR TOUR AGENTI 2018 roadshow, a “marathon” organised by the Distribution and Marketing Department that has travelled to the main cities on the Italian peninsula to bring agents the message of an increasingly innovative, agile and responsive company.
Together with Marco Lamola, Director of Distribution and Marketing, a wide range of professionals had the opportunity to discover and analyse the main innovations of the Cattolica Group's 2018-2020 Business Plan and initiatives to support the agencies.
The strategic guidelines of the Plan were presented by the General Manager, Carlo Ferraresi, who took part in the event for the final stage of the Giro d'Italia.
Very positive impressions were noted by the event participants, recognising themselves as a “winning team” in which everyone contributes to achieving the Plan’s objectives: the company, agents, customers and agency employees.
Participants expressed satisfaction with the enthusiasm and determination that Management is demonstrating in creating a defined path of “momentous change” in competitiveness and innovation, capable of inspiring young people and ready to face new market challenges with conviction.
The event gathered motivational messages on the evolution of the “agent profession”; an increasingly demanding task, but one which is both rewarding and challenging.
And so the successful tour came to an end in the capital, imparting strong motivational value and having been attended by hundreds of agents who had the opportunity to share projects with the Management of a Company with a steady eye on the future.
