Cattolica present at Insurance Education Day
The second edition of Insurance Education Day, an event designed to raise awareness among citizens regarding the importance of a correct understanding of the world of insurance and pensions, was held in Rome today. The convention organised by IVASS, the Edufin Committee and the ANIA-Consumers Forum involved the participation of Cattolica Assicurazioni Sales Director Marco Lamola, who participated in the roundtable dedicated to “The lesson of the pandemic, from resilience to new needs: the role of insurance education”.
“Agents, subagents, employees and brokers are full-fledged ‘cultural mediators’ for consumers,” commented Sales Director Marco Lamola. “Accordingly, in addition to continuing to invest in training, insurance companies must strive to improve the quantity and quality of contacts between intermediaries and customers. As we have seen in recent months, the digital channel enables new levels of service, assistance and advice and allows us to facilitate this relationship, raising the level of insurance education of consumers in an economically sustainable way.”
