Following the press release of August 4th 2016, notice is hereby given that today six months have passed since Banca Popolare di Vicenza (BPVI or the Bank) received the communication regarding Cattolica’s unilateral withdrawal from the partnership agreement with the Bank and therefore the lock up agreement on 4,120,976 Cattolica shares, owned by BPVI, ceases to exist, without prejudice to any other matter envisaged in the agreements.
