The Company informs that today an order for search and seizure has been carried out at the Company’s registered office, in the context of criminal proceedings instituted by the Venice Public Prosecutor in which are being investigated, among others, the Company’s collaborator Albino Zatachetto and Giuseppe Milone, chief administrative officer of the Company and executive appointed to draw up the corporate accounting documents. In relation to the above, the Company’s Board of Directors has been convened for the relevant and consequent resolutions. The Company is following and will continue to follow very closely the progress of investigations, providing the utmost collaboration to the judicial authority, in which the company has full confidence.
