Today the Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni has coopted Andrea Piazzetta as new director.

Andrea Piazzetta has been co-opted as non-independent director in connection and consistently with the existing partnership agreements with Banca Popolare di Vicenza s.c.p.a., to replace Giovanni Sandrini, who resigned on May 15th 2014. Andrea Piazzetta, at the moment, is the Vice General manager and CFO of Banca Popolare di Vicenza Group.
