Coronavirus COVID-19: Cattolica Group measures for agencies and customers in the "red zone"
The arrears period is extended for more than 2,500 Cattolica and TUA customers
Verona, 26 February 2020 - In view of the spread of the COVID-19 virus and the consequent containment measures, Cattolica Assicurazioni and TUA, a company in the Cattolica Group, are announcing a 30-day extension of the late payment arrears period for Motor and Non-Motor contracts that, on 23 February 2020 (the date of issue of the Presidential Decree) were no more than 15 days overdue, and for all subsequent due dates.

The measures apply to customers resident in the “red zone” municipalities (Vo' Euganeo, Codogno, Castiglione d'Adda, Casalpusterlengo, Fombio, Maleo, Somaglia, Bertonico, Terranova dei Passerini, Castelgerundo and San Fiorano) insured with any Cattolica or TUA agency within Italy; they also apply to all customers insured with agencies and secondary points of sale with offices in the 11 municipalities named in the Presidential Decree.
After putting measures in place for its employees and contractors, the Cattolica Group is reaffirming, with this practical step, its commitment to putting people and their needs at the centre of its business activity, particularly in this unprecedented emergency situation.
