Verona, 23 February 2022. The Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni, which met today in Verona under the chairmanship of Davide Croff, has coopted into the Board Cristina Rustignoli as non-independent and nonexecutive director, replacing the resigning director Giulia Staderini.

The Board of Directors also appointed Cristina Rustignoli as Chairman of the Corporate Governance, Sustainability and Value Generation Committee.

Cristina Rustignoli is currently General Counsel of Generali Italia S.p.A., of Country Italia of Generali Group and of Global Business Lines of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.. She is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Generali Italia S.p.A. and held various positions over the years in legal and corporate fields within different Italian banking and financial institutions.
