From Catania to Florence: Cattolica ON AIR TOUR AGENTI 2018 continues
The Cattolica ON AIR TOUR AGENTI 2018 arrived in Florence today, the fifth stop along the roadshow delivering the message of an increasingly innovative, flexible and responsive company to all its agents. In the presence of the Sales and Marketing Director, Marco Lamola, agents from Tuscany and Umbria discovered the business activities in the 2018-2020 Business Plan and the initiatives in support of the agencies, including the implementation of digital touch points to interact with customers and 30,000 hours of training that Cattolica will provide during the Plan period.
The messages, reinforced by video contribution from General Manager Carlo Ferraresi and Deputy General Manager and Director of the Non-Auto Department Nazareno Cerni, met great satisfaction from the agents, who were happy to have “more and more tools to address the market.” The meeting also had a strong motivational value: in addition to specifying business targets, the main results obtained during the last 12 months were recognised. The area particularly stood out for the New Life Production, recording an increase of 20.9% in customers insuring themselves with 360° protection.
