Pursuant to the existing regulations, as from April 5th, Cattolica Assicurazioni makes available to the public at the company offices and on the company's website www.cattolica.it, as well as on the storage mechanism authorised by Consob entitled “eMarket STORAGE”, managed by Spafid Connect S.p.a. and accessible via the website www.emarketstorage.com, the annual 2017 financial statements, including the 2017 consolidated report and the draft of the 2017 annual report, approved by the Board of Directors on March 20th, 2018, with the correlated resolution proposals and the connected reports of the Auditing Firm and of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the 2017 Non-Financial Consolidated Statement and the report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure.
