With reference to the extraordinary General Meeting called for 06/07 March 2020, respectively in first and second call, Società Cattolica di Assicurazione informs that today the legal opinion on the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association presented by the members requesting the General Meeting, was published; the Board of Directors reserves, however, any further assessment on the document.
