Today the Board of Directors has assigned the social offices to the directors who were re-elected during the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of April 30th, 2011; the Board has confirmed Giovanni Zonin as Vice Chairman and Giuseppe Camadini as Executive Committee Member.
