Cattolica increases to 70% its stake in the JVs BCC Vita and BCC Assicurazioni  

Verona-Rome, 29 July 2019.

Following the press release of 5 July 2019, notice is hereby given that today Cattolica Assicurazioni has acquired from ICCREA Bank 19% of the subsidiary companies BCC Vita and BCC Assicurazioni, thus increasing its stake in both companies from 51% to 70%.

Cattolica Assicurazioni and ICCREA Bank have also signed a new shareholders’ agreement concerning the governance of the above-mentioned subsidiaries as well as a new bancassurance distribution agreement that will expire on 31 December 2022.
