TIER 2 SUBORDINATED BOND FOR €500 MILLION ISSUED TODAY S&P’s CONFIRMS THE EXPECTED “BB+” RATING

Today Cattolica finalised the issue of its Tier 2 subordinated bond for €500 million, that was successfully placed on December 5th, 2017. As from today, the bond is listed on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange. The rating agency Standard & Poor’s confirmed the expected “BB+” issue rating.
