The public is informed that the Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni has resolved to adopt, with effect from today’s date, the opt-out option pursuant to art. 70, paragraph 8 and art. 71, paragraph 1-bis, of Consob Regulation 11971 of May 14th, 1999, as modified by the Consob Regulation 18079 of January 20th, 2012, thus exercising the right to derogate from the obligations to publish information documents required in connection with significant operations like mergers, demergers, capital increases by contribution in kind, acquisitions and sales.
