Verona, 10 January 2019. Cattolica Assicurazioni informs that General Reinsurance AG, a company part of the Berkshire Hathaway Group, the largest shareholder in Cattolica with 9.047%¹ , submitted a claim to become a member of Cattolica Assicurazioni. The claim was accepted by the Board of Directors, which met today under the chairmanship of Paolo Bedoni.
The status of member allows General Reinsurance AG to exercise administrative rights, as envisaged in the Articles of Association in force.
