Agents from Emilia Romagna and Le Marche together in Bologna for the third stop of Cattolica ON AIR TOUR AGENTI 2018
The roadshow moves from Milan to Bologna, the third stop on a journey through the Belpaese that will see all Cattolica agents involved, spreading the message about an increasingly innovative, flexible and responsive company to the entire network. Gathered in the Bologna headquarters, agents from the Emilia Romagna and Le Marche regions listened to the speech given by Marketing and Distribution Director Marco Lamola about the business targets for the next 12 months and the initiatives to support agency activities promoted by the Company. The messages were reinforced by General Manager Carlo Ferraresi and Deputy General Manager and Director of the Non-Auto Insurance Department Nazareno Cerni, who participated with video contributions.
The Emilia Romagna and Le Marche commercial area sits at the top for growth in the New Life Production. The result, much greater than the targets both in absolute terms and Single Prize products, will be driven further by the training activities the Company has planned to deliver to the network in the 2018-2020 Business Plan. Part of the total 30,000 hours dedicated to Cattolica agents will be dedicated to learning the technical aspects of the multi-branch Life products.
