The real estate and industrial investments of Cattolica in Elderly Care awarded at the Health & Medmal Insurance Summit

An award “for the focus on real estate and industrial investments supporting Elderly Care”: this was the reason for an award that was presented yesterday evening in Milan to Cattolica Assicurazioni as part of the Health & Medmal Insurance Summit. The event, organised by EMF Group, gathered over 200 representatives of insurance companies, funds, banks and stakeholders of the world of Health.
In particular, the award was given for Innovation and Health, first Cattolica real estate fund specialised in residential care facilities for the elderly, thanks to the operating partnership with Coopselios, leading cooperative operators in the RSA [Residential Care]. The project combines two business branches included in the 2018-2020 Business Plan of the Group: the planning and disbursement of an innovative offer for elderly care and the real estate investment in the health industry.
Salvatore Ciccarello, General Manager of Cattolica Immobiliare, collected the awarded and stated: “The commitments to the Innovation and Health Fund consolidates Cattolica’s presence in the healthcare real estate industry, starting a progressive increase of our presence in the ecosystem of prevention and protection services for the elderly and their caregivers. A field in which, for concomitant social and demographic factors, the demand for products and services is greatly increasing”.
Cattolica’s experience will be explained today as part of the Summit, during the session dedicated to how innovation changes the market, by Carlo Scarbolo, business architect.
