Following the information already communicated on 28 April 2010 and 28 January 2011, the public is herewith informed that the deed of proportional partial demerger of Duomo Uni One Assicurazioni to Cattolica Assicurazioni has been duly registered at the relevant offices of the Companies Register.

The demerger will therefore take effect as from 12 midnight on 29 April 2011. The public is also informed that, by virtue of the exchange ratio for the Duomo Uni One shares cancelled and of purchases made in the meantime by Cattolica, the minority shareholders of Duomo Uni One Assicurazioni S.p.A. will be allocated 800 newly issued Cattolica Assicurazioni shares.
