Verona, 13 July 2020. The Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni, which met today under the chairmanship of Paolo Bedoni, has modified the corporate event calendar published on 28 January 2020 pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Regulation for the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The consolidated half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2020 will therefore be approved in accordance with the following calendar:
