Modification of the 2020 corporate event calendar and appointment of the Corporate Financial Reporting Manager
Verona, 30 April 2020. The Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni, which met today under the chairmanship of Paolo Bedoni, has modified the corporate event calendar published on 28 January 2020 pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Regulation for the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
The additional periodic financial information as at 31 March 2020 will therefore be approved and published in accordance with the following calendar:

The Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni, upon verification of professional requirements envisaged in the Articles of Association, has also appointed as Corporate Financial Reporting Manager Mr. Atanasio Pantarrotas that, as previously announced, shall also become CFO starting from 1 May 2020.
