The Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni, which met in Verona under the chairmanship of Paolo Bedoni, has resolved to appoint Flavio Piva as Deputy General Manager and to hire Giuseppe Milone as the new Administration Officer.

Flavio Piva, 45 years old, joined the Cattolica Group in June 2009 as head of the Human Resources, Organization & Shareholder Relations division. These tasks are also joined by responsibilities in the Information Technology area. Giuseppe Milone, 53 years old, comes from the Allianz Group and has significant experience in the area of administration, finance, planning and control.
