Notice is hereby given that today Cattolica has made available to the general public at its registered office, on the company website www.cattolica.it, (the Italian version of the document is available in the Governance/Assemblea section, the English version in the Investor Relations section - Corporate Governance page), on the storage mechanism authorised by Consob known as “NIS-Storage”, managed by Bit Market Services S.p.a. and accessible from the website www.emarketstorage.com and at Borsa Italiana, a note attached to the Directors’ Explanatory Memorandum for the General Meeting of April15/16 2016, containing the additional information requested by CONSOB pursuant to art. 114, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998.
