In relation to false reports that have recently been circulating and also to initiatives of various kinds that have been announced and implemented, in order to protect the image and interests of Cattolica and all of its stakeholders, the Company deemed it appropriate and proper to report to the market supervisory authority on 16 July last, and also to the competent judicial authority, which is the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, on 17 July, facts and circumstances relating to the correct information of the Shareholders and the public. This was done in order to enable the Shareholders’ Meeting to proceed correctly and for the shares to be quoted on the market in a regular way.
