Verona, 14 February 2020. The Company announces that, yesterday evening, some of the members requesting the extraordinary meeting of 6/7 March 2020 presented a legal opinion regarding the proposed amendment to the Articles of Association on the agenda of the meeting they requested, opinion which will be examined by the Board of Directors and then published on the Company's website in the same way as those already requested and obtained by the Company itself, reserving any further assessment to the Board of Directors, in the light of the opinions already requested which, in any case, unanimously concluded by identifying illegitimacy in various clauses of the members’ request.
