Protagonist in the “development of its territory’s economy”. This was the reason for the award given to Cattolica Assicurazioni at the 100th anniversary celebration of Confcooperative del Veneto, which took place on Wednesday 27 November in the prestigious setting of Rocca Sveva, in Soave.

“We wanted to mark 2019, the one hundredth anniversary, by dedicating perhaps a little time to remembering, but even more to reflecting on the future”, said national chairman of the association, Maurizio Gardini. “A future of great change and globalisation, one based on the formula from 100 years ago, where we open our eyes and ears to the needs of our communities and understand how to build the solutions.”

A challenge that Cattolica Assicurazioni, founded in 1896, has welcomed and pursued over the course of its history. A commitment recognised by Confcooperative that saw the insurance company awarded with a plaque at the morning event, attended by senior management teams from Veneto cooperatives and cooperative banks with over 100 years of history.
