The public is hereby informed that, in view of the provisions pursuant to Article 36 of Italian Law No. 214/2011 and the related interpretative criteria jointly formulated by the Bank of Italy, CONSOB and ISVAP, announced to the public on April 20, 2012, last night, Giovanni Zonin, Vice President, and Samuele Sorato, Director, both non-independent and non-executive, resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
