The public is hereby informed that, in view of the provisions pursuant to Article 36 of Italian Law No. 214/2011, today, Giulio Magagni, Deputy Vice President, and Alessandro Bandini, Director, both non-independent pursuant to the Code of Conduct and non-executive, resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
