Panorama magazine and the independent research institute Statista have acknowledged Cattolica Assicurazioni as one of “The best companies to work for in Italy 2018”, a study that identified the 400 most attractive companies nationwide.

Statista's analysis used a sample of over 15,000 people employed in the largest industrial groups in the country, and considered two parameters: evaluation from employees in each company and external perception of a company from workers in the same sector.
