Yesterday, Cattolica Assicurazioni and Coldiretti entered into a memorandum of understanding for the signing of a 10-year co-operation agreement for the distribution of FATA branded non-life insurance products (TPL and non-life classes, in particular) and Cattolica branded Life and Pension & Welfare products.

The agreement, which aims to contribute to the development in the agro-food industry - one of the strategic priorities of the 2014-2017 Business Plan of the Cattolica Group - and further enhances the investment made recently by the Group with the acquisition of FATA Assicurazioni, contemplates the opening of 180 sales outlets, located mainly at the area premises of the service companies invested in by Coldiretti. The signing of the final agreements is expected by December 15th, 2014.
