Verona, 5 June 2020. With reference to the upcoming expiry of the life banc assurance agreements with UBI Banca, Cattolica Assicurazioni informs that it has agreed the postponement to June 30, 2021 of the expiry of the existing distribution agreements. The deadline for any notice by one of the parties of the withdrawal from the agreements is also postponed (which, in lack of such withdrawal, would be renewed under the conditions currently in force), with consequent postponement of the terms for the notice of any exercise of the optional mechanisms associated with this event.
