Class Publishing Group rewards Cattolica Assicurazioni at Milan Digital Week

On the second day of the Digital Week organised by Milano Finanza, the part of the event dedicated to digital transformation saw, the Class publishing group award their annual prizes, or "Rewards", to the Italian companies that were most able to interpret technological change, which is now an essential requirement for being able to compete. Cattolica Assicurazioni was awarded for the work it has done in recent years on evolving the Company towards a more innovative and agile model that is ready for future market challenges which will see digital services and products having a leading role in the insurance sector.
The award was bestowed on Carlalberto Crippa, Head of Digital distribution & new markets, as the Group’s representative. “Cattolica is going through a period of profound digital transformation, which is one of the pillars of our business plan - Carlalberto Crippa emphasised from the side-lines of the award ceremony. The launch of the Cattolica App, created to offer customers a platform of digital services integrated with the Agency and the Company, is heading in this direction. The new service is part of the objective the Company seeks to achieve within the framework of the 2018-2020 Business Plan, which includes command over the digital world to leverage the maintaining of its strong competitive edge in the sector. The new tool sees the user as a hybrid customer, allowing him or her to use a multi-channel function for accessing a structured range of services for on and offline channels."
