Verona, 7 April 2012

Pursuant to Art. 144-sexies of the Consob Regulations for Issuers, Cattolica Assicurazioni informs that, with reference to the General Shareholders’ Meeting summoned on 20 and 21 April 2012, on first and second call respectively, as of today, deadline for submitting preference lists for the office of Statutory Auditor, just one list of candidates has been filed.

Therefore, until the third day following the present date, lists for the election of the Statutory Auditors can be submitted, following the procedure indicated in the summoning notice, by Shareholders representing at least 0.25% of the share capital (54,088,615 shares) or by groupings of at least 250 Shareholders regardless of their total percentage of share capital ownership, in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force and of the company’s By-laws. In order to allow the necessary checking activity and the possibly consequent mandatory publication process, the submissions, also possible via PEC¹, must be presented not later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday April 10th 2012.

We remind the public that the company will be closed on April 8th e 9th 2012.
