Cattolica Assicurazioni informs the public that, today, the Parent Company’s Board of Directors approved - with the unanimous vote of all directors present and after having received the favourable opinion of the Independent Directors’ Committee - the new procedure for related-party transactions pursuant to CONSOB (Italian securities & exchange commission) Regulation no. 17221/2010.
