Verona, December 20th 2016

With regard to CONSOB Resolution No. 19770 of October 26th 2016¹, the Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni, for reasons of continuity with the past and in order to provide a full quarterly disclosure to Members and shareholders, has resolved to publish on a voluntary basis, besides the half-yearly and the annual financial reporting, the additional interim financial reports as at March 31st and September 30th .

The information included in the quarterly reports will be in line with what has been previously provided. In addition to the usual press releases on the results, Interim Financial Reports will be made available to the market and to the general public care of the Registered Offices and on the company website at the following address www.cattolica.it and on the storage mechanism authorised by Consob known as “NIS-Storage”, managed by Bit Market Services S.p.a. and accessible from the website www.emarketstorage.com, within 45 days from the closing of the quarter.

¹CONSOB Resolution No. 19770 of October 26th 2016 has introduced amendments to the Regolamento Emittenti (Issuers’ Regulation) on Interim Financial Reports, introducing in particular the Article 82-ter. According to this provision listed companies are entitled to publish additional interim financial data on a voluntary basis.
