The rating agency Standard & Poor’s revised the rating of Cattolica Assicurazioni from BBB to BBB-. The outlook was improved from “negative” to “stable”.

The agency states that such revision is exclusively a consequence of the downgrade of the Italian sovereign credit rating to BBB- (outlook “stable”), which took place on 5 December 2014.
