Each of the three legs was structured over several days intended to showcase to the agents the opportunities that Cattolica Assicurazioni had put in place for the agency networks for 2019.

Following a video message with a greeting from the Chief Executive Officer, Alberto Minali, for each leg, the morning began with introductory speeches by the two General Managers, Valter Trevisani and Carlo Ferraresi, then by Marco Lamola, Director of Distribution and Professional Channels for Cattolica Assicurazioni. The day continued with a round table moderated by Mr. Lamola and was participated in by Luigi Barcarolo, Head of Insurance Analytics and Business Architectures, Nazareno Cerni, Vice General Director and Non-Auto Insurance Director, Carlalberto Crippa, Head of Digital Distribution & New Markets, Piero Fusco, Head of RNPOBU, Alberto Guidi, Chief Claim Officer, Daniele Maffei, Life and Welfare Director and Francesco Minelli, Marketing Director.

In the afternoon, the three Area Managers took to the floor: Salvatore Rapisarda for Naples, Paolo Coratti for Rome and Roberto Dinoi for Milan. The three managers presented the Italy Performances 2018, underlining the strong points and areas for improvement, before Mr. Lamola then illustrated the definitive objectives for 2019. Today, the meeting ended with the usual awards, We Are Digital, Team Leader Agent, and Best Performer Agents, and for the agents who this year, are celebrating 20, 30 and 40 years of their career at Cattolica Assicurazioni. Closing the meeting was a focus on the outcome of the recent Agent Profession Master.
