Flavio Tosi, Mayor of Verona, met with the Chairperson of Cattolica Assicurazioni, Paolo Bedoni, who presented the Verona-based company's 2009 Financial Statements data. The company ended the year with profits of €68 million and expects a dividend distribution of €0.85 per share.

The Mayor expressed his delight at Cattolica’s positive performance and confirmed that he will be attending the General Meeting on 24 April.
