Change in Share Capital following issue of new shares - Updated Bylaws deposited

Following the information already communicated, the public is herewith informed that, when the proportional partial demerger of Duomo Uni One Assicurazioni to Cattolica Assicurazioni comes into effect at 12pm tonight, 800 newly issued shares of Cattolica Assicurazioni will be allocated, by virtue of the exchange ratio of the Duomo Uni One shares cancelled.
The following is the statement of change in the share capital of Cattolica Assicurazioni.
