Cattolica and its Stakeholders

The following infographic represents Cattolica’s most important stakeholders (so-called primary stakeholders), i.e., those who are more linked to the life of the company than others. A significant change took place in 2021: the removal of the Members (in the cooperative sense of the term) from the list of stakeholders due to the transformation of Cattolica into a joint-stock company on 1 April. The stakeholder list has therefore been revised to take account of this corporate event during the year. The other stakeholders have been confirmed.

Attention to stakeholders and the ability to understand their expectations and needs are necessary conditions for the organic, lasting development of an organisation in the long term.
