Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure Report

As a company that issues securities Cattolica Assicurazioni must draw up and publish, pursuant to Article 123 bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 (Consolidated Finance Law), the “Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure Report”, which provides detailed information on the Company's governance system, as well as, amongst other items, the relevant shares held in the capital, any existing shareholders’ agreements, the functional mechanisms of the General Meeting, the legislation applicable to appointing corporate body members, and compliance with the Code of Conduct.
