Director of Motor Business, Insurance Analytics & Business Architecture at Cattolica Assicurazioni since December 2018.
After a brief period as a consultant, he pursued his career within the Generali Group, where he gained more than ten years’ of international experience in companies operating in Italy and abroad and in coordination roles at holding company level. From 2004 to 2010, he held increasingly responsible roles in the marketing area of Genertel, eventually becoming Head of Marketing and Communication. Since mid-2010, his career has continued at the Generali Group holding company, where he is responsible for coordinating the international “Canalgrande” and “Customer as an Asset” programmes, which are designed to strengthen the central position of the customer and the Group’s direct distribution capacity. In 2011 and 2012, he relocated to Brazil as Director of Marketing and New Channels for Generali Brasil Seguros. On his return to Italy in 2013, he was appointed Business Performance Manager for the LATAM area and subsequently Head of Non-Motor at Global P&C Retail, focusing on the Group’s technical excellence programme, and Head of Connected Insurance Products Roll Out, tasked with strengthening the Group’s positioning in connected products. He joined the Cattolica Group in September 2017 as Director of Innovative Projects and, before assuming his current role, was appointed Director of Insurance Analytics & Business Architecture in February 2018. A member of the Board of Directors of IMA Italia Assistance and IMA Servizi since March 2019 and a member of the Board of Directors of IMA Care since September 2020.
